We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. The Cultivation Controls Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of all systems related to the cultivation and curing of cannabis. The skillset required for this role is a hybrid of technical aptitude, knowledge of indoor cultivation practices, and project/personnel management. In addition to day-to-day operation, this individual will be responsible for carrying out and assisting in development of strategies aimed at constant improvement of crop performance and resource use efficiency. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments within the organization.
Pay for this position is based ranges from $56,000-$63,000/year depending on fit

Working with cannabis requires adherence to strict rules and regulations regarding the handling of all finished and unfinished cannabis material. These rules may vary depending on facility location. It is the employee’s responsibility to ensure they are following proper procedures in whichever location they are working in. PharmaCann provides the necessary protocols to ensure employees are acting within all requirements put forth by the regulatory body of the facility location. Employees are expected to follow these requirements without exception.
